CarGods.ai is a browser game operated by FlatRate.Live LLC (“we,” “us”), 7533 S Center View Ct #4763, West Jordan, UT 84084, USA.
These terms are a contract. If you create an account, buy Credits, pull a card, list a car, race, or submit a photo, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the game.
The English version controls.
CarGods.ai is an automotive trading-card game. You collect cards with photographs, race them, bolt on parts, and trade them with other players for Credits.
It is not a bank, not a broker, not a physical car auction, and not a marketplace for securities or NFTs.
You must be 18 or older. One person, one account. We can close accounts that look automated, shared, or opened for someone else.
Credits (₡) are a license to play. They are not money, not a stored-value account, and not redeemable.
You buy Credits with real money. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVV. Stripe’s terms apply to the charge.
You spend Credits on pulls, listings, parts, repairs, race entries, New Lot cars, and other actions we show you.
There is no cash-out. Not to you. Not to another player. Not if you win a race. Not if you sell a card. Not if you close the account.
A card’s appraisal and a listing price are game numbers. They are not a promise of real-world value.
If the law in your country treats this differently, do not buy Credits.
A card is a game item we license to your account. You do not own an NFT, a token, or a share of FlatRate.Live LLC.
All card faces, card backs, Museum art, UI art, and other artwork on CarGods.ai is generated with artificial intelligence tools and is owned by FlatRate.Live LLC and published as CarGods.ai. It is not a photograph of any real, specific vehicle.
Because that artwork is AI-generated and owned by us, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use it outside the game.
Vehicle makers keep their own marks and designs. A car on a card is not a claim that we own that brand.
If you submit photos of a vehicle:
A card in your garage is a game license. It does not give the copyright back to you.
We can correct, freeze, or retire a card minted in error or obtained by abuse.
If you sell on the Used Lot or Auction, you sell the game item for Credits. Nothing physical ships.
Pinks: if you enter and lose, that car and its installed parts and trophies transfer to the other player. You typed the public id. That is the deal.
Scrap: the card is destroyed. You get a fraction of appraisal in Credits. It does not come back.
Purchases are final once Credits are granted, except where a statute says otherwise. A pull, a repair, a mint, or a New Lot buy is consumed play.
If a charge fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we can freeze the account and remove Credits or cards funded by that charge. Chargebacks after you have pulled or traded are treated as abuse.
Do not cheat, bot, scrape the pool, exploit bugs, harass, impersonate staff, launder money, traffic accounts, or sell Credits or cards for real money off the site.
Report bugs to support@flatrate.live.
We can suspend or close an account. Credits and cards on a closed account stay in the game or are retired. They are not paid out.
Profile names and profile photos stay private until we approve them.
Odds, fees, appraisal math, race results, and series stock will change. Races are simulated. We do not promise uptime or that a given card is in The Pool when you pull.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT APPRAISALS TRACK ANY REAL MARKET.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, FLATRATE.LIVE LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST CREDITS, LOST CARDS, PINK TRANSFERS YOU AGREED TO, SCRAPPED CARS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS CAPPED AT THE DOLLARS YOU PAID US FOR CREDITS IN THE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some places do not allow these limits. There we only limit what the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Salt Lake County, Utah, have exclusive venue, unless a law that cannot be waived says otherwise.
We can change the game and these terms. The Last updated date moves. Continued play is acceptance. Money already paid is not refunded because a rule changed.
