1. What we collect
You give us: email and login; display name, handle, avatar, bio; photos and text for a card; support messages; friends and lot/race actions.
We collect in play: cards, Credits ledger, listings, bids, race results, scrap, repairs; device and log data (IP, browser); session cookies.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We receive whether it worked, the amount, and Stripe’s payment id. We do not receive or store full PAN or CVV. Stripe’s privacy policy covers the card.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (G-Z12DHR35Q6). We send page path, title, page group, and slugs. We do not send your email to Google Analytics.
2. Why
Run the game and the ledger. Grant Credits after a successful Stripe payment. Moderate names, photos, and submissions. Stop fraud and chargebacks. See which public pages are used. Email you about the account when we must.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who else sees it
Other players see approved handles, approved avatars, Museum faces, listings, race sheets, and cars you sell. Pending names and pending photos stay private.
Processors: Stripe, hosting/CDN, email delivery, Google Analytics.
Staff at FlatRate.Live LLC can see account and moderation data to operate the lot. We disclose if the law requires it.
4. Photos and copyright
Photos you submit become part of the catalog. Copyright in those submitted photos is assigned to FlatRate.Live LLC as described in the Terms. Other players see approved card faces.
5. Keep it
Account, ledger, and card history stay as long as the game needs an audit trail — including after a scrap or a pinks transfer. You can ask us to close the account. We may keep records required for fraud, taxes, and disputes.
6. Children
The game is 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Write support@flatrate.live to close a minor’s account.
7. Your choices
Edit profile data in the game. Request a copy or deletion at support@flatrate.live. We will verify the account. Utah residents and others with statutory rights use the same address. We will say what we can delete and what the ledger must keep.
You can block analytics cookies. The game may still need a session cookie to log you in.
8. Security and location
HTTPS and access controls. No game is perfectly safe. Servers may sit in the United States. Play from elsewhere is a transfer to the U.S.
9. Changes
The Last updated date moves when this policy changes.
10. Cookies and EU visitors
Necessary cookies: login and security. They do not wait on the banner.
Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4, only if you Accept. EU/EEA/UK/CH visitors get a choice.
Payments: Stripe on checkout. Stripe's cookies are theirs, not ours. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
You can change your mind in Cookie settings.
Legal bases: contract (run the account and ledger), legitimate interests (security), consent (analytics in the EU).
US processors. If you play from the EU, your data goes to the United States.
